Freedom Pets is the best thing ever, and Corporal the hamster is the best part of it. I'm glad they had fun with this one, because it was a fun episode. :D

I'll admit, when they started filling out the Freedom Pets, I envisioned a test rabbit from the lab for Tachyon. So I did a fist pump when they got to rabbit, but a little glad they never got to "oh, yeah, Tachyon definitely pumped this bunny full of drugs for an experiment."
Obviously _I_ am in favor of a pet rabbit... ;-)

Wraith definitely doesn’t have time for a pet, I say. The Montgomery family may have animals they own, but they have servants who take care of these pets, so they’re the servants’ pets. I hugely disagree with the idea for Specter/Wisp/Shadow they had here, since even after college, she should still be way too busy.
Vanessa Long probably has a pet at some point. She’d be slowly learning to take time away from her mission and be more of a human. I’m picturing like an overbred Siamese whose owner neglected it, Dark Visionary sadistically kills him which he probably deserves, and then regular V takes the cat home and takes care of it.
One of my priorities for the RPG era is to give some canonical character a Salty Licorice cat.
Absolute Zero’s pet is a snake that just hibernates forever because it’s too cold to activate. (But if they were going to make the stupid penguin, they could at least have named him ChillySteek.)
Why would aliens on a planet know what KNYFE’s lizard is, if she got it from another planet which was wrecked by Progeny? The only way that works is if it was in the Darzon system.
