Aiiiiiiie! Flee in fear! Return with the Dawn has returned- presumably with the Dawn.
Good one. Missed it in the text file I keep of villain status.
Im at the Origins game fair, so my posting will be sporadic, but here’s enough to keep rolling:
Setback:
Play–Looking Up
Power–Looking Up. I deal net 4 melee damage to Dawn (53) and add 3 to my Unlucky Pool (3).
Draw–Exceeded Expectations
Setback draws "Exceeded Expectations".
Also, I thought you drained the Unlucky Pool to zero last turn with the Karmic Redistribution attack. So is it at 3, or 4?
Setback would be at three tokens
Tachyon
Hmmm, there are no Pizza shops in this realm, where do I get my usual mid-fight snack from? Finding it hard to keep up my energy levels.

Parse plays Targeting Arrow from her deck. Deal 2 projectile damage to Citizen Dawn (47). Damage dealt to Dawn is increased by 1 until the start of my turn (which unfortunately isn't far away).
Yeah. I wasn't really thinking about turn order. Parse is one of those characters who, when I play her, I always want to play every card in my hand. Usually a safe Timeshift, but this might not be the ideal sequence for it.
Parse
HP: 10
Hand: Recompile (x2), Critical Multiplier, Reveal the Flaws, Syntactic Analysis, Data-Mining
In play: Extrasensory Awareness

Start of hero turn: Targeting arrow expires

Discarded Sacrosanct Martyr and Prayer of Desperation
Bottom card is Luminous Leadership (ongoing, at start of villain turn each citizen regains 1 HP)
Post Fanatic turn and effect of Negative Energy field. (Is Consecrated Ground destroying Negative Energy Field as well?)
Fanatic - 7; Setback - 8; Tachyon - 8; Omnitron-X - 8; Parse - 8

sigh Discarding Blinding Speed and Nimble Strike
Destroying? Do you think the one damage to Dawn from Negative Energy Field is worth the damage to us or was that a typo and it was destroyed?
I would presume Negative Energy Field is being destroyed and that it is a typo - the only other eligible target is The 1 HP Explosive Bubbles - and in its current condition it will only hit Citizen Dawn.
