Hey everyone! Hanna gave me a bit of a poke in the forum's direction and mentioned it'd be a good idea to show up here, so here I am!
I'm Rowan Walker from Sydney. I demoed Galactic Strike Force for the three days at PAX Aus 2014, and LOVED every minute of it! Almost lost my voice though :D
I love Sentinels and GSF, and have only played a little of Tactics. I picked up GSF at PAX, and once my friend's returned it to me I'll be demoing it to all my friends and family!
Besides board games I'm a hardcore PC gamer, a pianist, a composer, a programmer, and a whole bunch of other fun things!

To clarify his demoing, I asked him if he would be ok learning the demo scenario for GSF, he accepted and from then on in, every time I looked over at the table, there he was, excitedly teaching new people, and even some of the other volunteers how to play! He even asked to stay on that table for the following days!
Everyone was great at PAX, but since GSF is the game we know the least well, it was incredibly helpful for Rowan to stick around like he did.
I really need to update that Urban Dead section: I'm pretty inactive at the moment. Hard to find time to run three characters with everything I do in a day :D
It's nice to be appreciated! I really did have a lot of fun with it, and I'm glad I was able to help people and cover others' inexperience with GSF at the same time :)
