History Behind the Various Forum Badges

Relative newbie to the forums, so thought I'd ask a question I've always wondered: What's the history behind the various name badges people have?

Some of them are pretty clear (admin, mod, playtester), but I'm curious behind the story behind Foote getting 'Harmony' or some of the various other badges that I see from time to time.

Rabit did forum awards and that's what got them added.   Probably best to let him explain.

Powerhound obviously took a number of tokens from his lucky pool and did 3 damage to that many targets.

I got my badges by posting exclusively in limericks for about a month or so.  (It felt longer at the time)

It did seem like you kept up at for longer for sure.  I was more amazed you kept it up for as long as you did.

See Pydro's link, above. There wasn't much interest in continuing them, so we haven't done them since the second round.

So I get to keep my badge indefinitely then?

Or until someone kills you to steal your power.

Fun fact! Forum badges confer Highlander-style immortality!

Worth noting the second link is access denied, at least for me. :B

My badge is pretty much 100% ironic. I have a long history on these forums with debating folks well past the point of usefullness, especially with Skippy back in the day over old rules interpretations and even more so with a fella who has since been given a lifetime ban. Fun times!

I wish we could make our own badges.

I got my badge for my sprites I made a while back (still some to go, but they're coming along nicely).

I got mine because I used to be a very active member of the community and would frequently be the first to answer a rules question.

I got mine for … oh

Pretty sure mine's for comedy ranting.
