AZ did have four cards in play which that could have been one of them but Matchstickman and you are right it should have listed AZ as a target if he did. I agree with Matchstickman that I think we are missing some information.
AZ had 4 cards in hand, 2 in play (including his character card).
Expat has 4 in play.
Yeah, I don't know where the files are on the ipad, sorry I can't be more help.
Hero cards in play:
Naturalist: None
Expatriette: Submachine Gun, Liquid Nitrogen Rounds, Pride
AZ: Isothermic Transducer
Sentinels: Sentinel Tactics
Ra: The Staff of Ra
The Sentinels were the only hero with ongoings in play, if you don't believe me and other heroes had ongoings in play, why didn't green grosser activate at all?
Not a matter of not believing. It seems like it is an issue but moreso I'm not sure why it would act that way.
It occurs to me that you are not showing us the effects that were in play on Miss Information's turn, you are showing the effects in play at the play phase of The Sentinels. It's possible that The Idealist used her power to hit the Green Grosser earlier and then he healed. I don't know that for certain but it's a possibility.
I don't think we're ever going to be able to answer this definitively without having played the game ourselves and/or you submitting a bug if it happens again.
I didn't want to post 10 images and I thought that all relevant information is covered.
I used Medicos power and I think it was the third round, not a lot happened.
Although I found some bugs in the past, I'll leave the bug hunting to playtester or steam user which have access to the game files in the future ;P
Okay, I reproduced and I will submit the bug now.
For those of you which are interested:

it's the VERY first turn of the game.
Image 1: You can see the first end of turn effect of Miss Information
Image 2: You can see the second ebd of turn effect (green grosser)
Image 3: Visionary is selected and dealt damge by green grosser
Image 4: Tachyon was instead selected and dealt damage
Image 5: The sentinels were selected and NO DAMAGE was dealt
Image 6-8: You can see on my very first turn all possible outcomes, Visionary lost 2 health, Tachyon lost 2 health, NOBODY lost 2 health
Ok. I'm guessing it must not know what to do with the Sentinels. I've sent feedback to Handelabra in the testing boards.
In case some handelabra team member reads this here: Thank you for the update and fixing a lot of bugs :)
You're welcome! Thanks for sending in reports =)
Anyone else finding that using Drawn to the Flame in Vengeance mode really slows the game down? I'm holding fast-forward and it still takes forever for it to go through the damage calculation and animation.
I noticed that myself, FWIW.
Same
Okay, I probably found a new bug.
Some confirmation would be welcome.

In case somebody asks for a report, I use the iOS version and I have no access.
In case somebody asks what happened all the game and probably 1000 cards were played therefore the situation can't be evaluated...
...I reproduced the situation and it's the very first turn of my first hero
Image 1: It's the very first turn of my first hero and La Capitan already played a card. Chiquito has no card under it.
Image 2: The discard pile of La Capitan is open and you can see she played Anomalous Shift. The card is displayed.
Image 3: Chiquitos card is displayed, the effect is pointed out.
Image 4: Lets have a look at the discard piles of the heroes, you can see the Naturalist has a card in his discard pile (he is still waiting for his first turn, only La Capitan played a card at the moment and Anomalous Shift let him discard the top card of his deck). As you can see Chiquito didn't grab it.
My assumption: Chiquitos card says if a player discards a card it's placed under him. Anomalous Shift says cards are DISCARDED. Maybe there is some weird interaction which won't trigger the effect of Chiquito if cards are discarded but the source isn't the hand of a player!? Nevertheless the Naturalist is the only hero which was forced to put a card in his discard pile and I assume it should have been placed under Chiquito instead.
@Matchstickman - That is not true. Discards from deck (or elsewhere) count just fine. What matters is that a player (hero) discards it. A villain or environment card directly discarding it does not count. This is the same logic as Scholar of the Infinite.
Whoops!
Unless otherwise stated Discard specficially means "from hand", so anything discarded from a deck does not count for Chiquito.
Hi I'm new to the forums. I have downloaded the demo onto my Kindle Fire and it works fine. I want to download the full version. My question is does it work OK on the fire? I read some of the reviews and some people had problems. My Kindle Fire is the most recent version. Thanks.
I've got no idea about the game on Kindle, but welcome to the forums!
