Issues Accessing Store Account, not sure who to even contact

Hello!

I have no idea where to ask this, it is not easy to navigate either the store site or these forums…

But, I made a purchase this morning and made a store account. I’ve already been charged the money for the product from my bank and I did get a welcome e-mail from the store, so I know the right e-mail was entered. The welcome e-mail explained I would need to set my password but the link I clicked said it was invalid and already been clicked and to try resetting my password.

I sent the password reset request almost 40 minutes ago and I haven’t seen anything show in my e-mail. I have no idea how to resolve this or who to contact, so I’m sorry if this is not the right platform for this.
