I'm really curious about what some of those places are. Some are obvious, of course.
It's much more...organic than I expected. (Especially for being pre-Akash'Flora.)

Regards being "organic": Megalopolis is in New England. And, well, this picture: https://imgur.com/gallery/uffaY is about Boston but still sums up the New England approach to city planning (warning has the f-word).
As for which places are which, the Freedom Five board can be seen in the Tabletopia and Tabletop Simulator demos and it uses the illustrations from this map next to the labels.
