How well would Mr. Fixer and Wraith know each other? I mean, both are heroes, both are based out of Rook City, both use martial arts, and both have a defining tragedy that made them take up the cause. I feel like they would team up together frequently, if not straight up bes buds.

Know of, I’m thinking. My guess is they hate each others guts. Wraith is a genius who invents high-tech solutions to difficult problems. Fixer is a martial arts master who also hits things with a wrench. I don’t think they’d get along too well.
Really? Just because they fight differently, doesn’t mean they don’t get along. I honestly think they’d be good friends, if Mr. Fixer wasn’t as much of a lone-star. They’re both fighting to protect Rook City, and like Singlog said, they’ve both suffered tragedies from violence in the city, so they probably understand each other. I’m not saying they fight together all the time (in the story, not necessarily gameplay), but they’ve probably got mutual respect.
I dunno, when I thought about it my mind went into the direction that RC was in trouble, so a young and budding new genius girl went to ask the old master for help. Then he gave her the “I shall never fight again, violence is not the answer, young child” routine and refused to help. So Wraith (after a suitably epic fight with Spite that nearly cost her her life) would go find others willing to take action, thereby meeting up with the rest of the F5.
Oh I never thought of that. And when Mr. Fixer finally took action Wraith resented him for it
In Wraith’s bio it said she was contacted by the Freedom Five first; she didn’t seek them out. And I still can’t see them being on edge with each other. Even if Mr. Fixer had turned her down, why would she hold a grudge? She could literally afford the best martial arts trainers in the world. I can’t see her and him being angry with each other.
However, now that I glanced back at Wraith’s bio, it says she graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering, so I’m guessing she’d get along pretty well with Unity. They’ve got some common ground.
Keep in mind that Wraith is referenced in Fixer’s Flavor text once or twice, and from that I gathered that she’s at least not antagonistic to him.
Given that Maia Montgomery did not know how to defend herself before the attack that killed her boyfriend I can wildly speculate that Mr Fixer could have been one of her first teachers, what with him living close by and all.
(I’m not sure of exactly how long ago Mr Fixer closed up shop so it might not fit in the timeline)
Well, as the Operative was one of Mr. Fixer’s students, I see no reason why Wraith couldn’t have learned from him, also. But that’s just me… 8)

Well, the Operative is immortal, and almost as old as Fixer is. He ran his shop when he was in his twenties, so that would have happened before Wraith was even born.
Mr. Fixer had also been in retirement until the rise in activity of the Organization drove him to resume his fight. (Heh, I said “drove”. Car pun.)
Get your brain in gear and concentrate on the Kickstarter (kickstarter itself is a pun!)
