My Turn 2!!!

Which would have been great if I could have kept Critical Multiplier out for more than a turn! XD

Only one reportable game tonight 'cuz it was six-hero game night! :D Fun, if unbalanced. But, Prime Wardens Argent Adept, Xtreme Fanatic and Freedom Five Wraith were able to take Spite down in Rook City. I planned that game out and it worked, goshdarnit. :B

"I love it when a plan comes together."

Well'p, I decided to fill out Gloomweaver's column finally. Fused Captain Cosmic, Sky-Scraper Extremist, Chrono-Ranger BoT, TN Unity and the Adamant Sentinels had an easy-peasy time taking him out in his home turf. Relic victory, even!

I was telling myself I was all Sentinels'd out for the moment but NOPE, filling in slots in the spreadsheet!

First, a fight against advanced Unstable Kismet in Silver Gulch (which was a bad choice), with Legacy, the Scholar, Dark Visionary and Team Leader Tachyon. She's actually a challenge, unlike normal advanced Kismet!

Then, three tries to beat advanced Infinitor. The winning combo was Fanatic, KNYFE, Hunted Naturalist, Scholar of the Infinite and America's Greatest Legacy in the MDP. And it was likely the environment that made the biggest difference.

Lastly, only a single try to take out advanced Iron Legacy in Silver Gulch, but booooy what a struggle that was. Legacy, Hunted Naturalist, KNYFE, Omnitron-X and Scholar, and I definitely shouldn't have taken Omnitron, because I forgot about the irreducible damage. :C Poor guy lost his hand on the first round and never did anything useful after that.

Today was a day for advanced fights, to fill in my wins on the stats spreadsheet. Also, this one. :B

First, the easiest game against advanced Kaargra Warfang ever. She didn't flip. Young Legacy, KNYFE Rogue Agent, PW Haka, DW Expat and PW Fanatic won 20-8 in the Temple of Zhu Long.

Then, a surprise first try win against Miss Information, with EoW Bunker, Hunted Naturalist and Young Legacy in the Enclave. Randomizer picked Enclave a lot for me today.

Next, a few tries at Swinwalker and Spite before another surprising victory, against the Chairman. Young Legacy, Hunted Naturalist, Sky-Scraper, SS Tachyon and Wraith were the right choice for a team!

The Dreamer was defeated in the Enclave by Redeemer Fanatic, PW Haka, Scholar of the Infinite and F6 Wraith.

A rematch with Skinweaver bore fruit! KNYFE went down, but Legacy, Hunted Naturalist, Scholar of the Infinite and Fanatic forged ahead! When you need to win, it's worth filling in fewer cells. :B

On to Mad Bomber Blade in the Enclave! Legacy, KNYFE, Hunted Naturalist and EWAZ were a good team, flipping him just before he hit everyone for 10 damage.

A game with Progeny didn't go so well. Another against the Ennead netted me a victory with Young Legacy, the Adamant Sentinels, Hunted Naturalist, Omnitron-X and the Scholar. But it was literally just the Scholar versus five of the Ennead, and 16 rounds later, he won. >:V

The rematch with Progeny went much better, and the secret was KNYFE. She went down, but she did so much damage. Of course, Legacy, Hunted Naturalist and Ra went down, too, leaving SS Tachyon with one hit point, and she was able to Hypersonic for a couple rounds before finishing him off. It was crazy.

Lastly, the rematch with Spite. I used my tried and true Omnitron/Sky-Scraper method to carry Naturalist and Scholar of the Infinite to victory. :V Fun times, except the complete opposite of that.

And I see we're halfway done now. :D I didn't do that! Go, whoever you are! Get down with your bad self!

That was me, but I forgot to post what I did. I decided to play all 16 possible combinations of The Vengeful Five using each hero variant (in the video game) and each environment exactly once. The numbers work out almost perfectly but 1 variant and 1 environment are left over at the end. I went 14 for 16 so I had lots of results to add to the spreadsheet.

Kinda thought I saw your name in there a bit more than usual. I think the player counter might be broken though. :/

Had a few celebratory games because Shattered Timelines and Wrath of the Cosmos came like a week early. :D

The first one that counts is Unstable Kismet in Madame Mittermeier's, versus Chrono-Ranger, SS Tachyon, Xtreme Argent and Extremist Skyscraper. Turns out her home turf is a good spot to fight her, because Unexpected Obstruction becomes totally useless!

Then, Chrono-Ranger, SS Tachyon, PW Captain Cosmic and Omnitron-U squeaked out a win against La Capitan in the Time Cataclysm. Hunted and Hunted FTW

Ringing in the new year by kicking villain butt! >:V And introducing my friend to Shattered Cosmos as well.

First, Chrono-Ranger, Wraith, Sky-Scraper and Guise kicked Kismet's butt in the Enclave of the Endlings. But that one doesn't count. :B

Then, Chrono, Hunted Naturalist, Xtreme Captain Cosmic and Visionary Unleashed had a trying game versus Deadline in the Block. Naturalist came back from 2 HP to 15 though! No one died!

Next, a bizarrely easy game against La Capitan in the Time Cataclysm, with Setback, Hunted Naturalist, F5 Legacy and Mr. Fixer. She never flipped! Of course, Legacy helping Fixer set up, who then took advantage of certain damage bonuses to kick righteous fury, helped too.

Dreamer was defeated by the Wraith, Fanatic and F5 Legacy in the MDP. End of Days ftw.

Lastly, one more chance to kick Kismet's keester in Dok'Thorath. Poor Setback took a brutal pounding, but he, Hunted Naturalist, Omnitron-X and Visionary Unleashed softened her just enough so the marauding minions took her out. And the heroes are all standing there like, "So do we just leave now, or... or what?"

Xtreme Captain Cosmic is like, my new favorite thing. :B Not as steady a damage dealer as Vis-U, but benefits more from damage buffs.

How so? I checked the numbers on the one page, and they matched the number of instances on the other. What did you notice that didn't match up?

Our trip through the Multiverse is at an end! Eight games, all of them won, some very tense regardless.

First, Legacy, SS Tachyon, Xtreme Tempest and Hunted Naturalist helped save Dok'Thorath from Infinitor. I credit my decision to play base Legacy with making that game extremely easy. <.<

Then, with sense knocked into Infinitor, he helped Eternal Haka, SS Tachyon, Parse and Setback clean up his messes while being judged by the Celestial Tribunal. Three rounds!

Kaargra Warfang lost 26-10 against Xtreme Fanatic, Haka, Mr. Fixer and the Wraith in the Enclave of the Endlings. And I am never running a physical Kaargra game again, I don't care how much I like her. D:

The Iron Legacy and Progeny games don't add anything to the spreadsheet and aren't worth reporting, save that we won both times and only lost one hero to each. :B Our rematch with the Dreamer went far better, too.

Apostate fell to Fused Captain Cosmic, Omnitron-X, SS Tachyon and Chrono-Ranger in Silver Gulch. It was a challenge game; once I realized the Runes of Malediction meant H card plays, I started dreading every villain turn. But we got extremely lucky, and despite Omnitron dealing some serious damage to everyone by blowing up the wagon (it was either that or let Apocalypse take it out!), it was actually a very easy fight. Still really tense.

Lastly, we beat up Ambuscade in the Enclave of the Endlings, with the Adamant Sentinels, Sky-Scraper Extreme, Haka and Chrono-Ranger. I really felt bad for the guy by the end, even the environment was beating on him. :) I'm sorry I didn't play a Captain Cosmic variant though, because now you can't do a full five-hero game to finish off his column. :B Oh well.

Well, I know it gives me the same count for both single and team villains. Shouldn't those be different? I don't think I've played 500 Vengeance matchups. <.<

Fixed! I didn't notice it before because I only checked Dandolo's name, and the formula was messed up after his. Should be working now.

Yay! :D Credit where credit is due.

Added a the first few games of my the 30 I'm working towards where I hopefully will defeat every villain using each variant exactly twice.

So far The Chairman, The Vengful Five, Iron Legacy, and Matriarch are complete.

Time to finish off Apostate. The last five were Xtreme AA, TNAZ, Completionist Guise, TN Bunker and TN Unity. And, as with any game including both Argent Adept and CGuise, it was crazy. Man, I do not like Magmaria, though. It's really benign until you get one of the two crazy cards that make it completely hostile. D:

For whatever reason, I got it into my head that it's a good idea to beat as many villains with the Sentinels as possible, so I started with the ones who had the most digital heroes left against them.

The Chairman fell to Dark Visionary, Tempest, the Naturalist, KNYFE and the Sentinels in the Enclave of the Endlings. The game never went the way I intended -- no Indomitable Force, no Brain Burn -- but it was still one of the easier Chairman games I've ever fought. His lack of hitting low helped a lot.

Next, Chrono-Ranger, KNYFE: Rogue Agent, Hunted Naturalist and the Adamant Sentinels were the right team to take Citizen Dawn down in the Block.

I realized how bad the Sentinels are against the Dreamer, with Naturalist and Omnitron-U along for the ride. They both specialize in area attacks! They could nuke the crap out of each other! Taking only hree heroes helped immensely.

Last, one of the craziest games I've ever played. 19 rounds against Skinwalker Gloomweaver, and out of Captain Cosmic, Santa Guise, DW Mr. Fixer and the Adamant Sentinels, only the Sentinels survived. They had excellent team support via incaps, and playing in Freedom Tower didn't hurt. So that's the true power of the Sentinels for you, no Block required!

Tried out a thing, came up with the Operative, Plague Rat, Miss Info, Sergeant Steel and La Capitan against F5 Legacy, Xtreme Haka, Tachyon, F6 Wraith and Sky-Scraper in Dok'Thorath. I believe that qualifies as a "squeaked out" victory, since my final HP totals were 5-1-4-2-5. Freakin' crazy, don't know how I won.

More Sentinels playing! The Iron Legacy game didn't go too well. :B

But, I took down Infinitor in Freedom Tower, with Argent Adept, Eternal Haka, KNYFE Rogue Agent, Naturalist and the base Sentinels. Naturalist went down defending everyone, but was quickly avenged.

Then, sense knocked into him, Heroic Infinitor was helped by America's Greatest Legacy, Santa Guise, the Adamant Sentinels and the newly-reborn Hunted Naturalist... who also went down defending everyone before being quickly avenged. <.< Dude's got issues, all I'm sayin'.

Lastly, a La Capitan game, with DW Fixer, Santa Guise, Haka and the Adamant Sentinels in the Temple of Zhu Long. Idealist was the only casualty of that one, and that right at the final round.

The Sentinels crusade comes to an end, though admittedly without fighting everyone. (I chickened out against Spite. <.<)

I started off with the craziest game ever against Matriarch. Out of GI Bunker, Omnitron-U, PW Fanatic and the Adamant Sentinels, Mainstay was the only hero left alive at the end. She flipped on the environment turn because of Main Computer Room, and then Surprise Shopping Trip came out and literally won me the game. Because she deals less damage on her flip side, every time a bird got played, it was destroyed, over and over and over, and once everyone else was dead, she couldn't touch Mainstay!

Then a fairly easy game against Miss Information, as if such a thing were possible. DR Fixer, Scholar and the Sentinels triumphed in the Final Wasteland.

Omnitron fell to Horus Ra, Omnitron-U, RC Wraith, Absolute Zero and the Sentinels in Pike Industrial. It wasn't that bad a fight, much as I hate Pike Place.

Then a marginally more difficult game against Cosmotron, won handily by KNYFE Rogue Agent, SS Tachyon, Unity, the Adamant Sentinels and Greatest Legacy in Freedom Tower.

The fight with Young Legacy, Nightmist, Scholar of the Infinite and the Adamant Sentinels against Progeny in the Final Wasteland gave me a much stronger appreciation for how the ASents work together.

Had a strangely straightforward game against Wager Master in Wagner Mars Base. EWAZ, Fanatic, Hunted Naturalist, the Adamant Sentinels and Tempest just beat him down.

Lastly, a Vengeance game with Baron Blade, Friction and Proletariat squaring off against the Adamant Sentinels, RC Wraith and KNYFE Rogue Agent in the Enclave. Fun times!
