My Turn 2!!!

XTreme PW Haka only regains HP when he is dealt damage due to the redirection.  Not on any hit.

...That's two Haka-related things this TTS mod has let me down on. :| (The other being base Haka, who has 26 HP, for reference.) Whoever created it has much to answer for!

Crazy Vengeance game this morning. Hammer & Anvil, Ermine, Friction, La Capitan and Sergeant Steel versus Completionist Guise, Xtreme Captain Cosmic, Xtreme Tempest, TNAZ and Extremist Sky-Scraper in the Final Wasteland. Only Guise went down, but everyone was in dangerously low single-digits by the end, and the only reason the heroes didn't lose was Tempest's healing. And we are three-quarters of the way done now!

The Dreamer was bested by Absolute Zero, Bunker, and Captain Cosmic (all base) in Time Cataclysm. A Surprise Shopping Trip was uncalled for, especially on Dreamer's flip side, and saw Cosmic's demise, and the last round was pretty hairy, but we managed to pull off the win. I suppose I was benefited by a lack of Dark Heroes...

Well, that was crazy. Decided to use the randomizer to select villains for a Vengeance game. Maximizing hero usage gave me Proletariat, La Capitan, Baron Blade, Miss Info and Plague Rat versus the Sentinels, DW Setback, F6 Tempest, GI Bunker and Completionist Guise in Magmaria. That was rough. Idealist couldn't stay in play, Setback couldn't do anything right (thank goodness for Completionist Guise), and we had a terrible time getting rid of the Impulsion Beam, but after Miss Info fell, things started slotting into place. Eventually, La Capitan was flung into darkness, Baron Blade punched himself to death, and Plague Rat ended up taking himself out by letting loose on Writhe. Never a good idea. I'm so glad I don't have to do that again. D:

And then I noticed that game put the Sentinels as one villain short of a hat trick. Also, KNYFE. Who did they need? Spite Agent of Gloom, of course! Sky-Scraper came along in the Freedtom Tower, and it was a long, fairly boring game, but it turns out two dead teammates, allowing for two uses of Block a round, takes care of most of Spite's hits, especially if Writhe is the highest. He was also flung into darkness in the end. :)

Spent the afternoon listening to a podcast and playing Sentinels. Only half the games were wins, but here's what I've got:

First, the Adamant Sentinels, Naturalist, DW Fixer and Captain Cosmic against Deadline in Freedom Tower. Felt a lot harder than it appeared to be in hindsight.

Next, a surprisingly long game against Grand Warlord Voss. Adamant Sentinels, GI Bunker, DW Fixer and F6 Wraith had a pretty easy time with him, though. Gotta love that Panzer-Buster when Voss has all his minions out. :D

Lastly, the Infinitor game was a wash (went from "doing okay" to "dead" in the span of one environment turn), but Heroic Infinitor got helped out by F6 Wraith, Omnitron-U, Guise and Setback in the Time Cataclysm.

And I think that finishes those guys off for video game heroes, at least

Played a bunch of Vengeance this morning. A really rough game against Biomancer, Bugbear, Greazer, Plague Rat and Sergeant Steel nearly ended in a loss for DW Nightmist, Tachyon, Visionary, EoW Bunker and F5 Wraith. It ended up with Nightmist in mist form, watching Plague Rat duke it out with the Final Wasteland. He didn't last long. :B

Then a game that was considerably more rough than I was anticipating. Miss Info, the Operative, Hammer & Anvil, Ambuscade and La Capitan versus DW Nightmist (no one uses her), Visionary, Unity, TN Bunker and F5 Wraith in the Enclave of the Endlings. This time, it was Nightmist, Visionary and Unity who went down by the end.

Last, the Vengeful Five versus Captain Cosmic, Xtreme Haka, Fugue State Parse, Visionary Unleashed and TN Unity in Silver Gulch. That one didn't turn out too badly, if only because no one died. The environment really had me on the ropes, though! Baron Blade and Friction are at single digits each!

Also, I finished off Voss, with F5 Wraith. TNAZ, Ra and Tachyon came along to help. It was brutal. :V

A couple games while listening to the podcast this morning! First, a long, fairly close game against the Dreamer in Freedom Tower, with DW Nightmist, Tachyon and Expatriette. Tachyon went down, but the Projections were cleaned up shortly thereafter.

And then a game to finish off Infinitor's video game column: Legacy, DW Fixer, Bunker and Chrono-Ranger. Turns out, focusing fire on Infinitor and just letting him do his thing can actually work!

I don't even know what I'm doing anymore.

Finally got a Chairman win. It wasn't easy, but the Adamant Sentinels and TLT pulled it off despite losing PW Tempest and DW Expat.

Next, a ridiculously easy game against Kismet in the Tomb of Anubis. Adamant Sentinels, Best of Times Chrono Ranger, DC Argent Adept, Xtreme Captain Cosmic and TN Unity beat her up enough that she was kill by fire challenge. :B

And then I started finishing off villains! Akash'Bhuta fell in a remarkably short amount of time. DC Argent Adept, Fused Captain Cosmic and America's Greatest Legacy helped turn Chrono-Ranger into a one-man earth spirit blender. It was beautiful.

Next, another ridiculously easy game: Mad Bomber Blade versus Best of Times, TN Bunker, Setting Sun Ra and TN Unity in Pike Industrial. 3 rounds! Crazy.

Next, an easy if somwhat lengthy game against Chokepoint in the Time Cataclysm. Even with extra card plays from the Computer Room, she couldn't beat Xtreme Argent, Xtreme Cosmic, Horus Ra and DW Nightmist! Though it was the first time I had her flip in rather a while...

Lastly, one more easy game, this time, surprisingly, against Citizen Dawn. The hardest part was getting enough citizens in her trash to auto-flip her! (I started with three I didn't mind keeping in play...) Of course, it didn't hurt that I was playing F5 Bunker, F5 AZ, Xtreme Argent, TN Unity and Xtreme Fanatic.

And then I decided that was enough for a day. :B

I was supposed to be writing today. I didn't do that. I may not be Sentinelsing responsibly. :(

I had some crazy games today, though. A spectacular loss to Iron Legacy where 60% of my team was down at the start of round 2. A fantastic loss to Matriarch where Chrono-Ranger almost died but Immutus came out and saved him from birds for a round, except he couldn't recover enough to actually hurt Matriarch so he died anyway. D: And then a few worth reporting:

Standard easy game against Unstable Kismet in Dokthorath, with DW Nightmist, Young Legacy, Redeemer Fanatic, F6 Wraith and Visionary. Most of the game was messing with the Talisman once it slipped out of Fanatic's grasp, so she could take all the damage and go Wrathful. :D It worked, eventually!

Then, a surprisingly easy fight against La Capitan in the Tomb of Anubis, with KNYFE Rogue Agent, DC Argent, Best of Times Chrono, Fused Captain Cosmic and Bunker. Nothing special, just regular Bunker. :B

Lastly, a very close game against Miss Information in the Time Cataclysm, with Dark AA, Xtreme Captain Cosmic and Xtreme Tempest. The latter two went down, and it was just Argent, struggling to keep some method of dealing damage in play. But it came down to, discard hand, drop three cards from play, going full-bore with Drake's Pipes and Scherzo. Once on his turn, once on Cosmic's, and did you know Xtreme Tempest has some awful incap powers? He made the Computer Room hit everything for 1, though, which took care of her once and for all.

Only had time for one game tonight, but it was a victory against Iron Legacy! Xtreme Fanatic, Xtreme Tempest, PW Haka, DC Argent and Chrono Best of Times took him out in the MDP!

Few more games this afternoon. First a very long, yet decently easy game against Skinwalker Gloomweaver, mostly thanks to lots of damage prevention on his flip side and F5 Bunker, Completionist Guise, TN Unity, F5 Tachyon and Xtreme Haka.

Next, revenge on the Matriarch! Parse Fugue State, DW Setback, TN Unity, Redeemer Fanatic and Xtreme Haka took her out in the Final Wasteland, despite all the freaking Skunk Apes. D: Parse and Fanatic fell, though.

Lastly, I finished off Omnitron! Completionist Guise brought PW Haka, Sky-Scraper Extremist and Xtreme Captain Cosmic along to help.

Haha, okay, finally finished my current run of doing stuff. I'm probably gonna end up finishing this spreadsheet myself, because no one else cares/the fact that I have nothing better to do with my time than play Sentinels all day means I have dominated the challenge, likely driving others off of attempting, and that makes me sad. :(

Oh well. OCD triumphs.

First, a surprisingly easy victory over Cosmotron in the Enclave of the Endlings, with Young Legacy, DW Nightmist, Huned Naturalist, Redeemer Fanatic and DW Setback.

Then, an unsurprisingly easy victory over Plague Rat in the Final Wasteland, with Xtreme Haka, Xtreme Tempest, TNAZ, Fugue State Parse and Sky-Scraper Extremist. Absolute Zero spent so long trying to avoid taking loads of damage from Infection that when the time came for him to open up, Plague Rat was down to like 3 HP and died to Cold Snap.

Progeny was not exactly easy, but Chrono-Ranger Best of Times helped Xtreme Fanatic, DW Setback, Setting Sun Ra and TN Bunker take him down in the Celestial Tribunal.

The Spite game didn't go so hot, but the AoG Spite game was considerably easier! I got lucky with the randomizer: F5 Bunker, Xtreme Fanatic, Omnitron-U, F5 Legacy and F5 Absolute Zero. He had enough time to get all his Drugs out and realize how little difference they made before the heroes beat his dumb face in. :D

Then, Wager Master had a short, fast and ultimately futile game against Chrono Best of Times, TNAZ, Setting Sun Ra, F6 Wraith and Sky-Scraper Extremist in the Block. Absolute Zero went down by the end, but having Breaking the Rules out all game made for loads of card-drawing fun!

Lastly, a big Vengeance game: Biomancer, Bugbear, Sergeant Steel, Ambuscade and Greazer (the villains with the most heroes left) versus DW Setback, TN Bunker, Redeemer Fanatic, Completionist Guise and Ra. Guise made all the difference, swapping Ra to "kill everything mode", Setback to "be useful" mode, and Bunker to "be really useful" mode before starting up the Fanatic blender and ending Biomancer in two rounds. Ra went down, unsurprisingly, but after Bugbear fell, things just seemed to fall into place. And the environment worked like a charm! :D

Only had time for two games while listening to the Letters Page, and the first one didn't go so hot (though still went better than the Spite AoG game I quit this morning...)

Still, Dark Watch Nightmist, Rook City Wraith and Omnitron-U beat Miss Information in the Tomb of Anubis. Nightmist went down in the final round, but that's okay. Omnitron kinda owns Miss Info.

I would likely contribute except that the Video Game is beyond my current physical set of cards, and it's mostly the new shiny variants that aren't added yet that need to be filled.

Well, that is why I try to stick to the Oblivaeon variants if at all possible. :/

Oddly, though, I was just messing around with random games on Steam and ended up beating Progeny with F6 Tempest! On advanced, no less! Having Chrono-Ranger and Legacy on the team definitely had something to do with this.

Rough morning, woke up early due to tornado warning, whole day a wash, played Sentinels, learned you shouldn't fight the Dreamer in Madame Mittermeier's.

Got some stuff done, though! First, a close game of Cosmotron versus Setting Sun Ra, Rook City Wraith, DW Fixer, Fugue State Parse and Visionary Unleashed in the Enclave of the Endlings. Ra went down, but not without doing tons of damage first. I think everyone was in single digits by the end.

Next, a ridiculously easy game against La Capitan in the Celestial Tribunal. Setting Sun Ra brought the Imbued Fire, Best of Times Chrono Ranger brought the bounties, and Xtreme Argent Adept, Xtreme Tempest and Sky-Scraper Extremist helped clean up.

Then a pretty solid game against the Matriarch, won mostly by virtue of Smoke Bombs. And variant swapping. Setting Sun Ra, TN Bunker, Completionist Guise, Xtreme Tempest and Rook City Wraith triumphed in the Realm of Discord.

Had an easy game against Spite! Only 6 rounds! I'll have to add F5 Bunker to my list of heroes who can really wreck him. And Sky-Scraper Extremist can really nerf his DR with Proportionist. Super-Scientific Tachyon was present.

Another game against Unstable Kismet in Megalopolis with F6 Tempest, DW Expatriette, Horus Ra, Xtreme Fanatic and TN Unity. Nothing really special there.

Lastly, a win against Iron Legacy! KNYFE Rogue Agent, Guise, the Adamant Sentinels, the Naturalist and Fused Captain Cosmic had an easier time once he flipped, thanks to lots of Retcons and Crafty Assaults.

Morning games turned out well. First designed a Vengeance game that would help me lower Biomancer's count while also finishing off a couple heroes, then finished those heroes off! So it was Biomancer, Miss Info, the Operative, Sergeant Steel and Citizens Hammer & Anvil against Sky-Scraper, Omnitron-X, Chrono-Ranger, TNAZ and Greatest Legacy in the Final Wasteland. And it was one of the easiest Vengeance games I've ever played. I guess it goes to show why those heroes (TNAZ aside) have been used so many times!

Then, to finished off Sky-Scraper, she, Omnitron-U, Tachyon, Freedom 6 Unity and DC Argent took down Unstable Kismet in the Realm of Discord. Another easy game.

Lastly, the unexpectedly easy game: Cosmotron versus Scholar of the Infinite, Eternal Haka, F5 Bunker, DC Adept and Chrono Best of Times in the MDP. I mean, I got lucky with things like stopped Cosmotron's damage dealing right before he played Technological SIngularity, but with the sheer amount of mutual out-of-turn card plays that team has, it was ridiculous. :D

Man, I'm liking this "finishing off heroes". These games are turning out to be really fun! Like PW Captain Cosmic, Scholar, SS Tachyon, Hunted Naturalist and Bunker winning against Greazer, Sergeant Steel, Ambuscade, Bugbear and Plague Rat. Captain Cosmic even got a cool turn where he did tons of damage because all his Constructs were destroyed!

Almost forgot to record my games!

First, finishing Super-Scientific Tachyon off, with her, Horus Ra and Guise against the Dreamer in Freedom Tower. It turned out to be a much easier game than I anticipated, and Tachyon was great for getting extra Projections out for Ra and Guise to deal with.

Next, to finish off Guise now, it was him, DW Fixer, PW Haka and DW Expat against the Matriarch in the Time Cataclysm. I got stupidly lucky (she put all three Darken the Skies in the trash first thing), and it ended up being an easy game, finished with her on her flip side.

Lastly, a second shot at finishing off Nightmist saw her, PW Fanatic, DW Setback, Scholar of the Infinite and Horus Ra taking on the Vengeful Five in the Final Wasteland. It was a pretty easy fight, all things considered, mostly thanks to a first-turn End of Days. Of course, she's also not done yet, she has to beat Spite still. :B Fun.
