Made similar post on BGG when the forum was down but figured I’d post here too.
I noticed that on the back of the new Wraith card she has 4 figures in the shadows, the first one is Spite, the others look similar to Two-face, Penguin, and possibly Catwoman. Will we ever see a Hero have more than one Nemesis? If the expansions continue in the trend Rook City is going then the Villians will outnumber the Heroes on the 4th expansion. Can easily give a Hero more than one Villian as their Nemesis and not change the game mechanics. This as well would give us more options to choose from when we want use a Hero to fight their Nemesis.

Medico was my avatar for a while. It was just one of those little jokes Chris makes, but after I asked for artwork, Adam actually drew a picture of him. Wasn’t that nice?
Whoa, one of the heroes already has a name? Where’s that interview?
Its the villain whose name was revealed in a podcast interview on Giant Fire Breathing Robot. Its the tentacle headed sand/plant villain and it was revealed that its the new guy hero (top left of the cover) nemesis.
As somebody who has played a lot of Arkham Horror I would love to see somebody who summons or becomes a big lovecraftian creature, like the one logan_mann mentions.
Listening to Giant Fire Breathing Robot now. After Christopher’s comment that if you play Fanatic you know her nemesis and it’s male so it has to be dark winged dude. I also think he may be the GloomWeaver. I have no idea, it could fit in with either.
Sadly I accidently exited off about thirty minutes into it, though I think it was about yo get wrapped up in the next ten so hopefully I won’t miss any vital information.
It’s got some pretty interesting info. I LOVE the sound of the new mechanics. Right now he’s talking about Akash Bhuta, and she sounds really fun. The two heroes also sound like a blast to play as. So much insight in this podcast!
Oh my. I guess I will have to start listening to it again if I am missing thirty minutes of it. Guess I know what I am doing tomorrow morning when I get off work.
Akash Bhuta does sound really awesome. My jaw dropped when he said her HP was two hundred, but after finding out how it worked it made me feel a lot better. It was almost as scary as looking at Spite’ playtest card and seeing he had a max HP of two hundred and fifty. Lucky his starting HP was only sixty.
Wait, he has a max HP of 250? Spite? I must have never caught this. Damn, hearing all this stuff on the podcast really makes me want to go up to Indianapolis and play this weekend. There is so much we can talk about! Seriously, great podcast. I love their discussion on the heroes personality. They did make a mention of Tachyon, and she’s definitely my favorite. I just find her hilarious.
Spite used to have a max HP of 250, with a starting 60. This was to make him very difficult to defeat if you didn’t manage to deal more damage than he healed.
Oh, how he beat the heck out of me during playtesting. Oh, wait. I think basically they all crushed me during playtesting. I wonder if I could post some stuff from that playtest since it is over?
