It seems to be just me, but I really dislike the oversized villains, because they take up an awkward space in the boxes, and I travel with them. Right now everything I own fits very neatly into the core box and the Vengeance box, but I have Villains coming in the mail, so that's about to end. I'm not willing to spend $55 on an empty box.
Does anyone have any plans to release normal-sized villain cards for the Vengeance and Villains expansions? I'd do print-and-play if that became available.
i doubt there is a plan, as its always been stated by GtG that their original plan was for oversized cards for all villains from the begining, but cost prevented it. However, I bet that the great folks here at the forum could put together some sort of Print and Play versions of them *hint hint*
I thought it was also prevented by their original printer not being able to handle oversized cards.
I made a set for Vengeance. (Haven't done VotM yet, but it's on my to-do list.) I'd have to reformat them slightly (I laminate custom cards, which results in a slightly different aspect ratio), but it could be done. In fact, I'll get it done this week unless one of our other creative types beats me to it.
VotM might take an extra day or too (again, unless someone else beats me too it).

I thought the original printer was Carta Mundi, but I could be wrong. Pretty sure it just came down to cost.
I will admit that I've always wanted oversized Vengeance villain cards and oversized regular ones, since the whole deal with Vengeance types is that they're more on the same "scale" with heroes than solo types are. My collection is, of course, the exact opposite of that preference.
But, hey, that's life. And if I'm honest, I probably wouldn't buy an Undersized Vengeance Villain pack any more than I bought the Oversized one.

No? Not that I am catching now, anyway. I may have been unclear, however.
I would like: Vengeance villain cards the same size as Hero cards, oversized cards to for solo villains.
I have: oversized Vengeance villain cards, solo villain cards the same size as Hero cards. Sad irony.
I could buy: oversized cards for solo villains.
I have bought: not that. My hobby money is too dear for such an expense, with or sans foil.
My conclusion: normal-size Vengeance villain cards would be nice, but even were they available, I would not spend extra money to acquire them. Thus, I am probably not a good argument for GTG making such cards for sale, from a business standpoint.
