Just ordered everything from the store on this website. Enhanced edition, both expansions, literally everything you can buy lol. I am looking forward to getting into the game ASAP. Just wondering if there's a more specific time line than just sometime in December. Thanks!

Sure - Mods and Admins can change your account name. What do you want it changed to?
As to timing of delivery, I believe they've said they have no timeline due to unknown factors (printer delivery to shipping, time to ship via cargo ship, customs, etc.). Sorry.
