Is there any point of contact for problems with an online store order other than the contact form or the contact@greaterthangames.com e-mail? I am trying to get some status on an almost two-month-old order of the Sentinels RPG Starter Kit which I never received (or got any shipping information on) and have attempted both of those contact points and not received any reply.
I have the exact same problem. I ordered the Semtinels RPG in late November and received the confirmation and the digital files, but the hard copies never arrived and no tracking information is available on my orders page. I also used the contact form to let Greater Than Games know of my issue last week with still no reply. Something must be wonky with the website, because their customer service is top notch. Hope this forum post helps resolve the issue.
My apologies for this issue! This is the last straw for the website contact form as far as I'm concerned, so I'm going to remove it. We haven't been having problems with emails sent directly to contact@greaterthangames.com, so go ahead and send emails to that address as well as mine and we'll make sure it gets taken care of this week.
Just to follow up, it seems like all point of contact issues have been fixed. We have Maggie monitoring social media, and all emails seem (?) to be getting to me!
