We realized it would probably be easier to know what’s going on if everyone could see the nominations as they are happening. 
(Plus it will eliminate the “Oh, someone probably nominated them” issue. 
) We’ve created two threads for folks to post nominations in: a thread for nominating forumites and this thread for nominating posts/threads.
The awards for posts/threads are:
- Funniest Thread of the Year
- Best Fan Fiction of the Year
- Best Fan Art of the Year
- Best Player Aid of the Year – A specific item that facilitates gameplay for a GtG game
- Best Forum Activity of the Year – An activity created and run on the forums by the community, including play-by-forum (PBF) games
If you want to nominate a post/thread, you can either post here with a link and the award you're nominating it for or use the original form for anonymous nominations. For posts here, a quick blurb explaining why you're nominating it is optional and shouldn't be more than a sentence (to avoid it turning into campaigning). If you want to nominate something that's already been nominated, feel free.
And feel free to include multiple nominations in each post.

We'll be posting the nominations that have already been made anonymously, and we'll continue to post those that come in for the next couple of weeks.
