Thank god for this thread. I have been trying to return my Pydro for ages, it is defective; who do I see about that?
Do you still have your receipt? Has it been no more than 30 days since the sale?
My Pydro appears to be fake! I didn't get in on the Kickstarter so I got one from a guy on eBay, but it looks really cheap and it doesn't even work properly and it's missing several important parts, and now the seller's not responding to my messages.
YOU want to complain? I'm the one who has to sit here, wearing these damn shoes all day, while Pydro over there gets a GSF card named after him! And don't get me STARTED on this bloody office I'm stuck in...
