Lets say i use Mass Levitions' power. Until Visionary's turn starts, enviorment targets do 3 less. Lets say a new enviroment target enters play while the effect still stands. Is it affected by ML?
2) Enlightenment lets me have someone draw cards but i m must discard the revealed card. If I let NightMist draw the cards does that mean she still must discard the revealed card?

To clarify, I'm fairly certain that the revealed card is not on the top of the deck while you're Enlightening yourself. Effects such as Infrared Eyepiece say to "put one on the top of the deck (and the other on the bottom)", which would be redundant if they stayed on the top of the deck after being revealed. So I think they go to a sort of "in-between zone", not in play or in a deck or trash, while the effects of a card are resolving. You should then always have instructions telling you what to do with the card…if no such instructions existed, I don't know what would happen. If anyone can think of a card that doesn't provide any, it might serve as a counterexample to what I'm proposing.
It spesifically says "reveal the top card of your deck".. To me, that translates to "You get to see what the top card is and it still techically is in the deck."

It was the top card of your deck before being revealed; whether it still is afterward remains a bit unclear, but as I've said, it seems most consistent with other cards to assume that "revealed" is a sort of game-zone in itself, apart from decks and play areas.

It's true that the word "discard" usually signifies only "put to trash from hand", but I'm pretty sure all of Misty's spells which have this clause say "Put the revealed card into your trash". I'm not 100% certain the card can't be the first one you draw when Enlightening yourself, but I've never played it that way and I would be surprised if anyone else does. Certainly the ability to draw up to four cards while damaging something (yourself if you don't have The Amulet or cards to power it) is critically useful to her deck's mechanism; if she couldn't get that first card, it'd be a significant hindrance to her. (Then again, I have found her to be extremely powerful when playing "my way", so perhaps I was doing her an unjustified favor? But I still doubt it.)
Nightmist's reveals tend to be "Look at the top card of your deck. Get the number that you need off the card, then discard the card."
Revealed cards are not considered part of the deck. When you reveal cards, they get revealed in the play area. Enlighten would not have you draw the card you just revealed.
That's certainly the way I've always played it, but what's your source for actually determining that to be true ruleswise?
Context clues.
For a lot of card effects that reveal cards, they get shuffled back into the deck after the effect. They have to be out of the deck to go back into them.
La Capitan's "Boarding Party" has cards revealed until a condition is met, some put into play and the rest discarded. "A Motley Crew" has the villain trash shuffled, cards revealed until a condition is met, some put in play and the rest put back into the trash.
So it seems that "revealed" is a sort of temporary limbo space; not in the deck, in play, or in the trash.
One strange interaction that can occur is Urshe can reveal both Shamise and Rod of Anubis.
Urshe then puts Shamise into play, and Shamise promptly searches the deck and trash for Rod of Anubis, which is in neither, since it is curently revealed.
Then after all trials enter play Rod of Anubis is discarded.
So basically revealed in this game is limbo.
Somehow that seems legit.
