I got a new phone a while back and I finally got around to redownloading the Season Passes (I just transferred the data from my old phone to my new phone) and it worked… for the second one. The first one just refuses to download for some reason and I can’t figure out why.
Have you contacted Handelabra (https://www.handelabra.com)? They’re the actual software company and they should be able to help if you’re having issues.
I seem to have fixed the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the game which is awkward because I just contacted Handelabra’s support and now there’s no need for them to get back to me.
