Will this affect orders I have placed in the past that I have not received yet?
That’s a question for GtG to confirm. I assume they would still be processed eventually but beyond a preorder before the new store launched it seems odd that you would still have any order through the old store at this point.

That was my guess. You wouldn’t be the only one with that preorder out there.
All of the preorders from the old store (which are now just Prime War and OblivAeon-related stuff) have been saved in a spreadsheet entitled "Old Store Preorders", which we'll print and ship from as appropriate :)
New preorders on the new web store just stick around in the system and can be easily bulk printed as soon as the items are back in stock - it is great!
Speaking of which, all of the Spirit Island preorders we had on hand from the new web store were sent out two days ago, and I *believe* that all of the tracking info for those was automatically updated on the new web store.
If you have any old preorders not covered here, let me know and I'll look into them!
yeah i ordered the Spirit Island expansion and promo yesterday, and i didn't have a store account, but i'm sure i clicked ''create account'' and it didn't create any. Weird.
