Yeah, I can see being frustrated , if I paid for a game that I was really excited about, but because of technical difficulties I was not able to play.

It sort of got sidetracked at some point into the great EA/SimCity mess and how big companies these days seem to give the impression of being a bunch of arseholes by screwing over their customers to make profit ;).
