Oh dude, thanks. Honestly once you start doing it, it gets easy really quick. I started in the kitchen of the Marche Movenpik but these challenges have made us go from being ok cooks to fairly skilled. We would get MURDERED if we showed up on any food network shows but on an amateur level it is pretty good.
