Zhu Long in mythology is a chinese dragon who can go down into the underworld. His in game ability brings back V5 nemmys from the dead. DWFixer has no hat and a major scar where he was stabbed so is therefor presumed to be the walking dead by popular speculation. They are nemmys of eachother in game.
Connection? Is Zhu Long the one who brought Fixer back? If so why? Oh what a twisted tale we weave.

Only this one you have to set back in a pre-detective comics era during the 1920's when everything was about chinese stereotypes and orientalism. A kid learns to repair cars despite being blind and starts solving crimes and taking on the mob. It's probably a movie that no one knows about anymore.
They make a comic version of him in the 40's, has a short life.
in the 60's he comes back African American, but isn't explored well and gets dropped.
But then in the 90's they bring him out again as this old mentor dude for their rook city crew.
