The Letters Page!

For now, let's just use the "Sentinel Comics World Discussion" section for threads about Letters Page things, as they're entirely about Sentinel Comics World stuff. Right? Let me know if this seems like a terrible idea.

It's a terrible idea how dare you use an existing subforum for this!   :stuck_out_tongue:

:C

Seems fine to me!

So, new thread or split off discussion from when episode 1 was posted into a new thread and clean up my rambling?

As I understand it there is some crossover with Fabled Nexus products, where then should The Letters Page go if that is ever discussed?

I'd say new thread since this was originally  started back in 2014

I must say that whenever you played the "Christopher and Adam" song I kept expecting it to turn into The House at Pooh Corner

Me, too!

There's an Interlude Podcast up now http://theletterspage.libsyn.com/interlude-1-the-multiverse-and-more if you missed it

After today’s mini-sode, I think I will be spending many a game shouting, “EVERY GAME IS CANON!” as a rallying cry.

That concept is excellent.

Agreed!

With that in mind, in my experience, there are a lot of multiverses out there comprised of nothing but pain. c.c

I'm extremely pleased to hear that "every game is canon"! From the beginning, this is how I interpreted it on the meta level, and it's nice seeing that my interpretation was correct. So much good stuff in this podcast...!

Thank you, >G!!!

Does “Every game is canon” include the game where I stopped bothering Baron Blade so that AZ could repeatedly light himself on fire, or the games where all the heroes suicided in order to get an unlock? I’m not sure I want every game to be canon.

Or, how about when I purposely have my team beat each other up so Haka can be the last hero alive for an unlock condition?

Also canon! There's a lot of egos and posturing in that timeline. Pity the villains seem to do so much better, though.

That would be a much darker take on that timeline. Haka locks himself inside Con's Bunker and waits for the heroes to sort things out amongst themselves or get killed off, whichever comes first.

Looking forward to tomorrow's podcast. Besides most of the standard questions, I'm expecting a few about the relationship between Bunker and Wraith.

Can I just say that one thing I'd really like to see, going forward with the podcast, is that each episode include a suggestion from Christopher of one game setup that depicts an iconic comic issue related to the topic of that episode?

I know, we're getting all that in the world-guide for RPG, but it'd still be neat to get some game content out of the podcast, too. :)

Is there a set time of day(Like 10am, noon or 5 pm) that we can expect the podcast to be avaliable, or is it up once it's finished?

Just want to know if I'll need to check the podcast page every hour or two or not.
