Theory on one of La Capitan's alternate version

So, while doing reference for my sprites, i noticed something about La Capitan. 

On her flipside it shows 4 forms. Her norma side, an alternate version with an orange bandana,an aquatic liek creature, and one with a gold robotic arm.

It's the last one I'm most interested in. Doesn't it look like Chrono Rangers promo gold arm? Could it be a link why she is Chrono-Rangers nemesis in VotM?

Well a much older La Capitan finds and tells Chrono Ranger to stop her younger version according to what we've been told.

I don’t think so, it looks more Egyptian to me than cybernetic.

I think that is less her being older or younger as it is her dressing differently as she plunders different times.
