Thug Hazard Spaces

Hi,

I was playing the first scenario for Uprising this weekend and the hero players pointed out that the Thug doesn't specify enemies only for its hazard spaces. So when I spawned Thugs next to my underbosses or The Operative, they attacked that character if they didn't move away. Is this intended?

I found no questions on it from playtesting, but I would guess it is the intent.

It's the main reason The Contract works like she does, you summon thugs away from you if possible.

 

I guess the Thugs are rowdy enough that you want to be careful once you set them loose.
