 Title Card "Living Weapon" and XPW Captain Cosmic.

I played a game against Kaagra Warfang, where "Living Weapon" was an available title to take. XPW CC used "Play With Madness" and his construct "Dynamic Siphon" dealt the final blow, destroying a target. He didn't get the title, but his construct did. 
 
Is this intentional or is this a bug?

That seems like a bug.   It is part of the power but not XPW who destroyed a target with their base power.  At worst I would XPW Captain Cosmic should get the title though I believe the correct case is the title just stays where it was.

Also, should it work like hasty augmentation where all the damage in increased, or will it just be his first hit?

It should just be the first hit.   Also this gives new meaning to "The Living Weapon" if intended

Why do you say this? The rules text is “Increase damage dealt by this hero’s innate power by 2”. To me this sounds like all the hits are increased.

I agree with your answer to the first question, though.

Shouldn't it work the same way as Hasty Augmentation?

Yeah thinking about it further Hasty Augmentation or Living Weapon should increase damage by 2 for the Constructs as well.

Got a reponse from the Handelabra Team!

"Thanks for the report. We'll check with Christopher about the specifics, but a construct should certainly not get that title since it says "put this card under that hero character card."
