Translations?

I idly googled “Sentinels of the Multiverse” this morning, wondering if President Obama had endorsed the game yet. (And what better way, I ask you, to encourage bipartisan cooperation than to get Nancy Pelosi, John Boehner, Mitch McConnell and Harry Reid together to save the world from Baron Blade’s latest evil plot?)

Sadly, the Obominator does not seem to have discovered Sentinels. Yet.

But! I did find someone in France who has! The online gaming magazine “Petit Peuple” loves loves loves Sentinels. Looky looky:

(I just had to show you the URL, too, because, whee, it’s in French!)

The burbling hardly needs to be translated, it practically squees off the page at you. And they are hoping for a French edition of the game as soon as possible.

Are there any plans to translate Sentinels? I wonder which language(s) would be best for the first round of international marketing.

I wish I knew what they were saying. There’s an image of a card attributed to the hero Nightmist that looks official-ish, but is probably fan-made - especially as “Magic” is not a damage type. Very confusing - would love to know where they got that.

That’s Richard Launius’ custom character. He mentions him here http://www.boardgamegeek.com/image/1084017/sentinels-of-the-multiverse
He has a couple cards posted for him and a custom villain http://www.boardgamegeek.com/image/1110427/sentinels-of-the-multiverse

Ah! Thanks - greatly appreciate it. Looks intriguing. I’ll be looking forward to seeing more information come out on that.
