I found the old Google Sheet character builder made by Justin Wawrzonek AKA drevilz4l AKA Beeromancer Macduff, and I gave it a massive upgrade!
He encouraged me to share it here. 
It has a campaign (collection) planner, with Hero character builder and output sheet. Villain builder, collection planner, scene planner, notes sections, and rules quick ref (including some a house rule clarification regarding “remove penalty” type abilities).
There’s a few formatting quirks and type-o’s I may have missed.
Just like Beeromancer’s original, create a copy of the sheet and save it to your Google sheets, and edit as needed.
