Who here has noticed themselves voluntarily limiting the way they play, in accordance with some sort of principle that they accept innately? For an example of what I mean, today I'm just now sitting down to fight La Capitan, and on turn 1 she gets Raiding Party, so I searched up H-1 Crew members to put into play. And once I'd found four such cards (since I have 5 heroes), it dawned on me that the card doesn't strictly say that you have to put the Crew into play in the order you revealed them from the deck, but it had never previously occurred to me to do otherwise. For now I'll continue to do it the way I always have, but it now seems to be as though it ought to be perfectly valid to rearrange the Crew so that their attacks will fall in an order that's advantageous to you (what exactly that might be I'm not certain; in the late game, you would probably rather have "attacks the lowest" crew such as Final Breath come before "attacks the highest" crew like Trueshot, but I'm not sure it matters much on round 1).
Has anyone else had a little "aha!" moment like this? Do you place constraints on the way you play, without even realizing that you've forbidden yourself options which would change your situation?
