Villains for my campaign

So, I am waiting for the rules to become available to the public to buy but am attempting to run a solo campaign for a friend with the starter set.

One obvious problem I am having is villain creation, as i have very few villains that i can reskin or use as examples.

If I asked for a villain on here based on described concepts would you guys be so kind as to stat them up for me?

I will only need a couple I think till the book comes out and I can create to my hearts content.

my first villain is Black Harlequin, who is a Champions villain I an converting over. His concept is very much Joker and Toyman mixed in together. His Joker side is much more the very deadly Joker of modern comics with deadly gadgets and weapons and he also has many seperate dedaly toy gadgets which could be built as minions or lieuteneants such as deadly toy soldiers, evil clowns etc.

Overall his vibe is intelligent, evil, deadly and quite cowardly, but fast and elusive and mocking if found in a combat situation.

Does anyone fancy having a crackat Black Harlequin?

You're in luck, I made a Villain that might fit your bill for a homespun story of my own.
Narratively, it's not quite the Quackerjack concept you have in mind, but you should be able to make do with the stats easily.

To avoid confusion: My stories often allow for villains to become (temporary) allies if circumstances demand, so there is a section below to run the Villain as a Lieutenant on the sidelines of the plot.

Have fun, and let me know how it went!

Thank you very much, thats much appreciated.

Has anyone done any Spidey type villains for their campaigns yet? I am thinking about the classic archetypes like Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Rhino, Sandman etc.

I would be particuarly inrested in seeing anyones take on a Kingpin like character, a streert crime boss genius who is also a challenge in combat.
