If Proletariat is adjacent to (friendly) Stealth Bot, Proletariat will have Cover. You might think this is odd, since how can a smoke cloud give cover to the other Proletariat over there? The thing you're missing is, Proletariat's not a dumb guy. He knows local smoke doesn't help him a lot. So he talks to Stealth Bot. He empathizes with feeling like just a part of a greater whole, a cog in a machine. He gains Stealth Bot's trust. And eventually, Stealth Bot teaches Proletariat how to be stealthy like her.
tl;dr Stealth Bot trains Proletariat how to be sneakier.
> What does this mean for Heroic Interception? Can Legacy intercept with a Proletariat he doesn't have LoS to as long as he can see at least one Proletariat on the map somewhere?
Sounds plenty Heroic to me! "Hey Legacy, save me, I'm being attacked. Waaaay over there. I know you can't see it from here, but trust me, I can feel it coming."
Would he trade places with the out of LoS one or with the Proletariat he has LoS to? Could you pick any clone on the map to swap with as long as you had LoS to at least one of them?
Edit: Thanks for the answers btw Luther. It's very appreciated!
He would need to trade places with the one being attacked. Otherwise, you sit Legacy and one Proletariat in a corner somewhere and they swap back and forth repeatedly, with Legacy becoming the defender, but being way out of range of every Attack.
Those kinds of interactions I didn't think were possible. I'll tell you what though, the Proletariat + Stealthbot combo is devestatingly awesome.
I'm introducing Tactics (and GSF actually) to a new group of folks tonight at a meetup. I'm totally going to get these Proletariat interactions rolling!
Just go defense and win with health as time runs out.
Ambuscade is nearly impossible to hit, you really can't incap Prole if he decides to just live and forget damage and Baron Blade can teleport and nuke and outlive his enemies.
May be cheap but it rocks.
Oh and Foote, replace Legacy with Operative, Bitter Spiral is the new Market innefficiency.
Kusarigama Bitter Spiral is epic, move to an enemy, pull another to you, dodge. It's especially fun if you are in berserker mode, as the bonus damage is added to the dice you block for Bitter Spiral.
The last time I pulled that I had Prole push the one that moved out of melee back in, and hit Operative. She killed them both with Spiral, and Prole lost a clone.
Also had a Baron using Redistributor vs. operative, so I switched Kusarigama for focus srikes (or whatever the +2 dice one is) ran up to him and smacked him a good one (I was at 2hp) of the 4 dice he threw back at me I blocked 3 and turned into a 7d attack back at him. I was left at 1hp and he dropped from full.
Our FLGS bans Operative every game now.
Which is sad, because pulling an allied prole to you giving him a new clone for 1hp? Yeah that was fun.
Your descriptions of the different crystals makes me think of the Infinity Stones. Well, I know what to look for when the Sentinels Cinematic Universe starts up.
