In about six weeks, Greater Than Games will be traveling to Australia for PAX Aus (31 Oct-2 Sep, Melbourne, VIC, AUS), and we are still looking for volunteers! In addition, in the first half of 2015, we will be attending two moe shows shows: PAX South (23-25 January, San Antonio, TX, USA) and PAX East (6-8 March, Boston, MA, USA). We are currently looking for volunteers for all three of these conventions. GTG Booth Volunteers spend the majority of their time running demos of our various games. In exchange, we pick up your badge and treat you to dinner and drinks with the other volunteers the evening before the show. If you or anyone you know is interested in volunteering, here's what we offer:
You work 50% of the expo hours (which run 10-6 Friday through Sunday for both shows) running GTG games
We get you:
an exhibitor badge
a tshirt
dinner and drinks Thursday evening

After spending so much time at the GTG booth both this year and last at PAX Prime, I definitely would like to throw my name in for PAX South and/or PAX East. I just need to confirm the time off with my work. Since I've only ever attended PAX in Seattle, they're not used to me taking weekends in other times of the year, and due to the nature of our work we have to schedule who's going to be where and when several months in advance. Just going to leave this post here for now, and once I hear back from my boss I will send an email to confirm.
