Not sure where to pose this question, but in the Ward the Shores scenario, can you repeat the Ward power?
I would start a new thread. But the answer is yes, since it’s played as though it were a 0-cost power card, so can be Repeated like any 0-cost Power. (Eg, from Earth’s innate.)
