Omega invades the omniverse, seeking to control the Final Wasteland while laying waste to Captain Thunder, Freedom Five Legacy, Captain Cosmic, Benchmark, and Luminary.
Omega will be wary of invading again with this kind of resistance. Omega initially contacted Luminary to further his ambitions and launch a surprise attack, but suffered not one, but two Triple Crosses which severely depleted his forces. The extra-dimensional dictator took to personally lead the offensive afterward only to be faced down by Legacy who stood toe to toe with Omega and shrugged off his mightiest blows. The two captains and Benchmark were easily up to the task of shutting down breaches as quickly as they opened until only one Breach remained, at which time the heroes quickly and brutally shoved Omega through and back to his home dimension.
