I have several hours of sitting around before I have to catch the bus to LAX. With as busy as I’ve been, this strikes me as a good opportunity to catch up on some gamings. Decisions, decisions.
Champions Online, I was actually considering playing it myself, but i’ve currently got myself caught up in something else instead.
Never played Champions, don’t know what stopped me. Now I want to make all the SotM characters in it…
I personally enjoyed it, especially since it is Free to Play. I like the idea of just paying for the extra stuff I want (extra slots, different archtypes, a few costume pieces) rather than the subscription, since as soon as a the subscription ends and you don’t want to renew it you lose everything. But when you pay for the stuff it will be yours forever. I’ve considered making Tempest in it, considering my main is the Tempest archtype and it could be one of his alt. costumes, just for gits and shiggles.
That’s so cool, I’ll check it out.
Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 would be my vote for playing a game, even better to play for waiting for the game to download since fighting games you don’t get caught up in as much if you just play regular Versus mode since the matches are short and can be pulled away from easily.
I’ve never played Superhero Squad Online but I love the little toy dudes. Robe wearing, tea drinking Doom keeps me company here at work
I have so many of those guys, they’re my favorite!
Also, the Superhero Squad MMO is incredibly simplistic, being aimed at kids. It’s free to play, costs for the extras. It’s a nice little non-commital diversion.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance, I generally like the 2nd one better than the 1st
Well… I’m late to the party, it’s gotta be mvc3.
Is it a bad thing that, when I hear mvc3, I think of the third (and current) release of the Model View Controller extensions to the ASP.NET web framework?
