I seem to remember seeing specific rules on when to reshuffle the trash upon emptying a deck, but I can't seem to find them anymore.
1) Do I reshuffle the trash when I need to "reveal" cards from an empty deck?
2) Do I reshuffle when I'm asked to "discard" from an empty deck?
3) If my deck becomes empty, do I reshuffle immediately, or do I wait until I need to draw/reveal/discard from that deck?
I know this sounds nitpicky, but I've been in situations where it matters. Like, "Reveal cards until X equipment is found," when there's only 1 Equipment card left in the deck and I know I'd have to reshuffle the trash to get enough to fulfill the card.
Oh, and in a related question, when asked to generally put a card from the trash back into a deck, or in play (say, from Simulation Room, placing a villain target from trash into play), how do I choose which card to place? Do I take the most recently discarded/destroyed target? Choose randomly? Or put in whichever one the players agree to put in?
So just for clarity, if I'm supposed to reveal cards until 3 Devices come into play, and there's only one in the Villain's deck, then the Villain only gets to put 1 Device into play, and I don't reshuffle until the next time the Villain is supposed to play a Villain card?
Also, if asked to reveal cards from a deck and do different things with each of them when there aren't enough cards, you only do as much as you can, in order. As an example, if you're playing the Adept and use Arcane Cadence (which reveals five cards) when you only have three cards left in your deck, you'd reveal those three and do the first three things listed on Arcane Cadence (but culd choose which card each thing applied to - the reveal order doesn't matter, only what you need to do with them when your actions are limited by not having enough cards).
