Wherefore art thou The Vandals?

I just put one of those random things together.  "The Vandals" never made sense to me as the name of Stygian, Inductor, and Tear's team.  Sure, they like to wreck things, but it's not their defining feature.  They're more about ill-conceived magical plots and rituals to try to gain power.

Then it hit me: the word "vandal" gets its name from an Eastern Germanic tribe by the same name that was around during the height and fall of the Roman Empire.  We get the word because the Vandals were primarily known by the Romans for wrecking their stuff, preventing expansion of the Empire into the region, and generally making things unpleasant for Romans along the border.

You know what other Eastern Germanic tribe was a contemporary of the Vandals--sharing a border with them and ultimately one of the primary agents responsible for the fall of the Roman Empire?

The Goths.

Bravo, Christopher and Adam.  Bravo.
