Which character do you think make up SC trinity ? Most compaies have them like DC and Marvel , Nintendo , ect
If I had to guess one of them would be Legacy . He was the first hero by creators and is a SC staple . Personally the freedom five might be the key to this question because their the flagship team so it;s got but be 3 of them
How do you mean, "the trinity"? Three characters who are somehow "better" than the others, or "most well-known" or something? Some kind of power trio? But various heroes are part of different groups (or none at all), so how would you pick?
Based on what I remember from the letters page episodes on Legacy and Wraith: Legacy, Wraith, Bunker, and two other heroes were the original Freedom Five before Tachyon was introduced in FFA#1 which sort of rebooted that team.
I believe Legacy, Wraith, and Bunker are the Big 3.
The only Trinity I know relating to Comics is Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman, they are the big three but I only know that because they have a comic book series called Trinity that highlights the fact that DC considers them so.
I have not heard of any other comic book company having such a concept. I don't think Sentinels has anyone who fits that bill.
In all seriousness, I don't think there's really a "Big Three" in Sentinels Comics the same way as DC. That's not to say that there aren't characters that are instantly recognizable from the SC line, but they may not have the same "role" or dynamic that DC has. And that's not to say that they need one either.
Thats not what I mean , Thoes were examples to show where I was going with this . Theses character are not marvel and DC , I reallly dont want to have to to talk about this again
This is a what if question to see who people think would be the 3 that started SC if it was real , the popular characters that would sell
It's possible there wouldn't be a big three if Sentinels Comics existed. Based on what we know it seems the Freedom Five is the main flagship. There are other series on specific characters but most major events occur in the Freedom Five and Freedom Five Annuals. The other major comic series is Mystery Comics which also appears to have a rotating cycle on the main character.
The big three really is unique to DC, because those three are so iconic and let’s face it, the rest of their characters really aren’t or at least weren’t (not to say that means they’re bad). Marvel don’t have an exact equivalent like that, so it’s a rather arbitrary number that I’m not sure I see a specific relevance to.
The ones who seem to be the most recognisable, the flagship team, is certainly the Freedom Five, so let’s say them.
Legacy (from Justice Comics) and Wraith (from Mystery Comics) are certainly the top two since they "graduated" from generic miscellany comics to flagship titles. Ra and Haka have a similar background (from Arcane Tales), but they never really became core series characters, so not part of a "Trinity" per se. I don't see Bunker or Tachyon as reaching the same level of any of those four in terms of the publisher's history.
