Okay, finally got my reader to recognize the barcode: it came up as 06822057
only 8 digits, but that's what it came up as. I'll be making more attempts at rescanning it just in case it read it wrong. But for now, go with that number.
Omnitron-U is seen on Chokepoint's card "Stripped Ressources". Not relevant to the thread, but still interesting...!
Edit: "Stripped Ressources" card is from Freedom Five #773 (as per flavor text). The issue of the Freedom Five titled Omnitron-U (https://greaterthangames.com/omnitronu) is #783... just an observation.
Thats 10 digits, has 2 fives, no seven and a zero. which breaks the normal rules on the numbers
Hmmm. what's with the "=" sign? Youtube videos have an = in the URL...I'm sure there are plenty of others that do as well.

There's the equal sign under the barcode. So, perhaps, somehow 06822057 (from the barcode) and 232D2D2D (underneath) are equivalent?

Nope, just nine digits. No eight either. It follows all the rules of being a nine-digit number.
If you convert 232D2D2D from hex to decimal and divide by 86 you get 06822057.
Can't help but to join in all the fun. Nice find hynju, that can't be a coincidence. What about the grey morse-code like symbols under the barcode? There are of course 9 of them.

If the symbols under the barcode are morse code, it spells SSD (I think)
