I have a question and this might have been clarified and it is can you play a card or use a power that part of it cannot be used ie: haka’s first appearance of no target has 3 or fewer HP do you still heal if you use the power or are you unable to use it?
You still can use it and will heal if there are no valid targets to destroy.

One thing I am confused about is the dates on events. Absolute Zero is pictured on events that happen before nights plutonian shore.
Night’s Plutonian Shore was a retelling of the Matriarch story.
The Matriarch’s classic first appearance in the Silver Age of Sentinel Comics was reprised in the late '90s with the “Night’s Plutonian Shore” One-Shot.

So with that did absolute zero have two first appearances?
No? He first appeared during the original Matriarch event. Night’s Plutonian Shore retold the story of his first appearance.
That is what I meant.
His first appearance already happened. A retelling doesn’t change that.

Played DE for the first time in months last night. Been so long in between I wasn’t sure I interpreted a few situations correctly.

I’m pretty sure this is correct because Enhanced app works this way.
That sound like I played correctly to everyone? I’m sure I’ve heard this before but it’s kind of a jumble to find information about the game.
Those are correct. Confirmed by the FAQ in the core rulebook at the end of page 20.
