And the Randomizer sez:
Bomber Blade (adv) in a Mobile Defense Platform!
Heroes:
Argent Adept (Rabk)
GI Bunker (BlueHairedMeerkat)
The Naturalist (dpt)
Wraith (cmschex)
Nightmist (Platinumwarlock)

Looks like a fun mix.

Advanced Bomber Blade, that might be tough.
I'll take The Naturalist.
Would like to but I'm out of town for a while and only have an Expat deck
I'll take some Nightmist, if that's okay!
Opening Hand: Tome of Elder Magic (3); Mistbound (4); Mistbound (1); Mist Form (3)
(This is going to be a rough match for Blade, with two Mistbounds sitting in my opening flop...)
I never get to play Wraith anymore so I'll take her
I'll grab GI Bunker, if I may.
I'll give AA a shot.
Fair warning: I've never played by forum before, so you may need to guide me here or there if I goof something up.
Just make sure you have the special PBF dice and you'll be fine.
The first step is admitting you have a problem.
Hello, my name is Rabk, and I'm a musician.
Is there a preferred game-tracking spreadsheet/card randomizer, or do you usually just play using physical deck(s) like in a live game?
I can't speak for others, but I just use the physical deck
I've done both, either using a physical deck (arranging the facing to keep track of hand vs discard, etc), or keeping a text file that I randomize.
Naturalist's initial hand: Crafty Assault, Cornered Beast, Indomitable Force (x2). I'll probably start by tanking with Rhinocerous/Indomitable Force.
Adept's opening hand: Arcanae Cadence, Inventive Preparation(x2), Vernal Sonata
Almost certainly going to start with a Cadence, especially if Nightmist's playing Mistbound and won't be helped by showing her the top of her deck with Inventive Prep.
BARON BLADE - Don't Stand So Close to Me! - ROUND 1
Baron Blade (30) [Mad Bomber]
Start of Turn:
- Baron Blade fires squibs at everyone doing 0 fire damage (while laughing maniacally)
Play:
Flesh-Repair Nanites - no effect
End of Turn:
Slash and Burn, Living Force Field, and Backlash Field moved under Baron Blade's card
Cards Under Baron Blade: 3
========================
Effects:
- Whenever a villain target enters play, put it under Baron Blade's card and play the top card of the villain deck (Baron Blade)
- Cards under Baron Blade's card are indestructible and are not considered in play.
- When Baron Blade would be destroyed, flip Baron Blade's card instead.
(Start of Turn)
- Baron Blade deals each non-villain target X fire damage where X = the number of cards under Baron Blade's card (Baron Blade)
(End of Turn)
- Move the top 3 cards of the villain deck to under Baron Blade's card (adv Baron Blade)

(no environment cards in play)
Comment: Wow. That was sort of weak.
The Argent Adept is up.
The Argent Adept
HP: 25
Hand: Arcane Cadence, Inventive Preparation, Inventive Preparation, Vernal Sonata
In play:
=============================
Start:
Play: Arcane Cadence:
Power: Vocalize on Inspiring Supertonic: One hero may use a power now. Nightmist would probably make the best use of it if she picked up a few cards for discard fuel.
Draw: Instrumental Conjuration
End of turn:
=============================
HP: 25
Hand: Inventive Preparation, Inventive Preparation, Vernal Sonata, Silver Shadow, Instrumental Conjuration
In play: Inspiring Supertonic
Trash: Arcane Cadence, Drake's Pipes
Additional effects: One hero may use a power during my power phase; NIghtmist has first rights of refusal.
If Nightmist doesn't want it, I could do some damage by shifting into Crocodile form before my turn.
I'm okay with some The Naturalist taking the power. I should be fine, discard-wise.
OK, then I'll search my deck for The Deadly Crocodile and put it into play, unless someone else has a better move. I'll be able to do 6 damage on my turn.
Just be careful with those teeth around my instruments; they're kinda rare.
