I vote for Scholar for to round out phantaskippy's list. Savage Mana against The Chairman can be really powerful.
But on the other hand, Flesh to Iron vs. The Matriarch is godly... Hmm. If we want to keep our options open, how about Chrono-Ranger as our fourth here?
In either case, that leaves me playing the Wraith.
I'll set up the game after the kids are in bed tonight. We're traveling for the weekend, but I'll run card draws from spreadsheet until we get home.
I thought that originally, but Scholar can shut down the Matriatch almost single handedly, and he can stop damage, which is huge vs. IL or second side Chairman.
Tempest, Tachyon and Legs I would put vs. any of the final three. The last team member can vary. Scholar is great vs. Matriarch, Haka vs. Chairman. Either can work vs. IL, but Visionary or Crono bring destruction.
I'm actually going to vote for Visionary to round out this team, saving Crono Scholar and Haka for the last round, to go with Legs Tach and Tempest.
I'd defer to that; so then our last team is Legs, Tachyon, Tempest and Scholar (Matty)/Haka (Chair)/Chrono (Ironlegs). Plan!
jffdougan, that would leave you with a choice between Visionary and Wraith; do you have a preference? I guess we'll find out when you set up the game. I'm happy with any of these heroes. (Of note: there are no male-identified heroes on the team. Omnitron-X uses the pronoun "it".)
