Gah! Sadly, I had my sound turned off as I was playing while watching England vs. Iceland. I guess I'd better do it again, then!
Just got a version of Guise with his chin on his hand, saying "The card you play must be considered… carefully."
When starting a new game with Guise at the helm, I just got a gray screen with a text bubble that says "The villian will say something monstrous ight here. Perhaps in the next build!"
it's kind of frozen now, though.
That seems more like a bug.
That would be a bug, please report it in-game via the credits screen.
When I chained three consecutive Retcons (Retcon -> Retcon -> Retcon), Guise said, "Really playing fast and loose with the timestream there, pal."

Nice! I once got all his Ongoing's in play and thought that would trigger something but it did not =(
There are a few notable easter eggs that are possible to hear/see now, that have not been posted about yet. I'm feeling generous this morning while working on Vengeance, so here are some hints!
- Both Guise and Santa Guise have special character artwork & audio that only appears under certain conditions. They've each been seen here, but nobody has worked out the conditions.
- It appears that everyone here is a Sentinels expert and never needs any help.
- Three words: Giant Enemy Crab
- Selfies can be mortally dangerous under the right circumstances.
Thanks for the hints? I'm not fully sure what to make of them especially the second one.
I've tried opening the help while on Guise's turn before and just did so now so I'm wondering what I'm missing in regards to your second hint.

I have an idea what to try next time I'm in a multiplayer game. The first hint I'm not sure I'll get because I've found that upon rewinding at times I'll eventually get any of them to show up. I have an idea on the fourth one but the third one I'll have to think about.
So try it over and over until something different happens.

I did what you did--but kept doing it. About the fifth or sixth time I pushed the help button, Guise called me a n00b in a bemused/taunting tone.
Gotcha. I was thinking a multiplayer game.
I continued further and he eventually said "I need somebody" in a singing voice.
Another one "I see you are playing a hero can I be of some assistance?"

Tried to have Guise kill himself with a selfie. Did nothing special.
Tried to have someone else kill Guise with his own selfie (Argent Adept). Did nothing special.
