If anyone is interested I pushed the code together from Parse's incap art. Maybe someone smarter than me can do something with it. I merged the left and right sides as I think that the 1V in the third combines with the 1V on the other side, and the same applies to the R: on the next row.

There are a handful of possible characters who would say "Mr. Riske" outside of Baron Blade, I don't think it is unique feature of his.
It could be someone else from that RevoCorp project.
If my hunches are correct, it could be Scholar.
I'm just pointing out that there are other interesting options. Plus, if Baron was given the power of Oblivaeon, wouldnt he be…like…REALLY powerful in Tactics? Just a thought.

My first guess would have been the Shcolar too. I mean, he's one of the most mysterious character. No one really knows where he comes from and why he aids the heroes… What he can do with this philosopher stone is… quite interesting to say the least, transforming his body into pure energy for instance…!
I made a couple of observation that could point to the Scholar for a potential Scion. I'll try to gather all of it in one place…
the biggest thing that makes me think its not the scholar is the fact the scion is has a strong arrogance and condescension to the heroes while based upon his cards and other bits of flavor, the scholar's been more of a zen-like kind mentor figure, and even if he faded out due to the events of his promo, I don't think his personality would do a near 180.
It's hard to say what being the gateway between here and the infinite void will do to a person.
It's also no small coincidence that Guise is shown A LOT in artwork with our gateway Scholar including that crazy incap art…Lets work backwards for a second here:
Guise came into being because he is connected to Wager Master. Now, Wager Master represents all of the "impossible possibilities" of reality when "The Wager" was lost (see his bio for a stronger sense of what I'm talking about). If Wager Master (and what comes from him) represents all of the "impossible possibilities", then what represents all of the "Possible Possibilities"? The Multiverse. The Wager that nothing would happen was lost and it created the Multiverse at the begining of known time. Someone won that bet. I know because Christopher said it (sorry the link to that is in the playtester forum somewhere). Wanna know who I think won that bet? Our big bad cosmic entity. (As an aside, I still firmly believe that it was Jansa from the Enclave of Endlings who lost that initial bet. OblivAeon having a very "Endling"-like visual design doesn't help disprove that theory. There is also a comic series called Terminarc which takes place toward the end of the comic run. Coincidence?).
Ok, so I'm playing a little 6-degrees-of-kevin-bacon here with connecting Scholar to OblivAeon (if that is even his proper name), but where else exactly do you suppose a gate to the infinite void would lead if not to oblivaeon?
With that said, my money is still on Apostate (though I reserve the right to hedge any and all bets), but this is just a little something to chew on.
From the seriousness of OblivAeon in the Artwork I do not think that OblivAeon would be impressed by Wager Master and his wacky antics, let alone make a bet with him/her/it!
Oblivaeon's design, like Enclave of the Endlings and Deadline, is very reminiscent of and probably an homage to Jack Kirby. That may not reflect a relationship or link between Oblivaeon and the Enclave.
Wager Master came into creation because of a lost bet. The bet was not made with Wager Master.
I still strongly believe that the someone who won the bet is some kind of meta thing and points to Christopher and Adam. On a certain level, they are the creators of the whole multiverse. They are the ones who took a bet and pitched their idea into the world to see if it would take off. They kinda won that bet…! Another point of interest: Guise. Guise got his powers from a contact with Wager Master (who was created when the bet that nothing would happen was lost) and he is now able to break the fourth wall; Interacting with the "real world", the world where the creators of the multiverse hail from…
I might be wrong too, but I kinda like the metaphor…
