The Meet up for the 22nd is now open for peopl to RSVP.

Ah cool, I was gonna check it tomorrow as the last few have come up on Mondays. Oh well, all signed up :).

What date do people want for the March meetup? All at the Mad Hatter and either the 8th, 15th, 22nd or 29th.

We can do the 29th :).

I could do the 29th :D

Fingers crossed for the 29th - would have made the February one but for a friend having a birthday party on that day... but on the plus side, he LOVED Guise!

29th eh? Let me see…
Kid’s on holiday… check
No Sunday clubs… check
No College seminars… check
Current Brownie points… 437

I’m going to go out on a limb and say that I’m actually gonna be able to make this one!

Ok, time to reschedule!! We can't break Mezike's perfect streak.

Noooooo!! I knew it was all just a big conspiracy!

Wow, that makes seven of us if Matt turns up as well :D.

Yup. The plan to conquer London On Board proceeds apace. Slowly, but apace.

Does anyone have Compounded?

Umm...never heard of it...unless you mean Jim's Compounded Bow ;).

It's a DIce Hate Me game about being chemists in a lab, described as Ticket To Ride weight (and thoroughly enjoyed!) by Tom Vasel. I'm interested as I'd like a game about that difficulty, but find the train theme a complete turn-off!

I've never heard of "Ticket to Ride" either, lol...well, other than the Beatles song ;).

I did have a brief scroll through the Dice Hate Me stuff on the page right after the merge thingy was announced, but at a glance pretty much every game seemed to be about drinks (coffee and beer, mainly) so nothing grabbed my attention. If there'd been pictures of dragons or something I might've had a closer look ;).

Ameena, have you been living under a rock?

Not heard of Ticket to Ride? That's practically mainstream nowadays!

Silverleaf, you mentioned a train game and DIDN’T make a pun?

Maybe among board-gamey people, but I'm more of a computer-gamey person. Pretty much every tabletop game I play is something that was introduced to me by someone else, and even then I mostly play Sentinels ;). If you were talking about Titan Quest or the Elite series or something, then yeah, I'd instantly know what you were talking about ;).
