Lady Luck discards an Imminent Destruction, so her destruction was only immenent, and did not occur.

Alright, I think I have this figured out, here goes nothing. Note: Haka has -1 damage from a Jinx and another -1 when hitting the Bulldozer, so he dealt only 3 damage total that way.
EXT. - CENTERVILLE
Her spirits undampened by Tempest's squall, the tattooed woman cheers on the malfunctioning bulldozer as it "accidentally" homes in on the alien and plows into him; he leaps clear just in time. Suddenly, a black-clad commando emerges from a nearby alley with a large pistol drawn; aiming for Tempest, he fires a dart, but Haka quickly moves to shield his comrade and is struck instead.

EXT. - CENTERVILLE
"Well, that's a new one…don't know who Tall Dark and Trigger-Happy is, but he looks to have a grudge against you, Squid-Head, and just your luck that he turns up right now. Sure is funny how this beauty works, but it always gets the job done." Kismet holds up her "beauty" for a moment and inspects it, before tucking it away again and resuming her attack on Helena. By now, Haka at least has sense enough to realize that the growing pain in his head is caused by more than the girl's relentlessly ascerbic repartee; apparently the artifact she wields is warping reality in subtle ways, some of which are in the process of giving him - and likely the other two heroes - the beginnings of a cerebral hemorrhage. Attempting to stop this outrage against Nature, Haka raises his taiaha and charges - and trips, the weapon swinging wild as he falls and smashing into a component of the technological armature which Tempest wears (which he knows to be an Elemental Subwave Inducter, though he's never explained this to the Maori warrior, figuring he likely wouldn't especially care what it was called, only that it's largely responsible for the Maerynian's weather-control powers). The ruptured power cell explodes with a faint "pop", and Tempest can smell the sizzling of his own flesh from a mild plasma burn. Fanatic never knew what Haka hit her with, or why it felt like a laser. a beam of the discharged energy lances out and burns off several of the feathers of Helena's wings.
Round Four (Envisioner's last Kismet post should have said Round Three)
Kismet - Charmed Scoundrel [42]
In Play: The Talisman [1], Shaky Arm (Haka), Two Left Feet (Fanatic), Lady Luck
Trash: Karmic Disjunction, Unlucky Break, Shaky Arm, Imminent Destruction
Deck: 15 x ?, Imminent Destruction, Weak Heart
Start of Turn: All heroes take 4 mysterious migraine damage (3 for Tempest). Fanatic is at 14, Haka at 24, Tempest at 17 20.
Play a Card: Fortune's Smile is played; Scattered Mind to the bottom of the deck. Kismet regains 3 HP and deals 4 more mysterious migraine damage to each Terrestrial hero [10 and 20] and 3 more to Tempest [14 17]. Violent Trickster is played; other Scattered Mind to the bottom. Each player discards 1 card; Kismet deals Fanatic 5 damage [5].
End of Turn: Kismet gets lucky! Hapless Strike is played; Haka somehow manages to deal a point of energy damage to Tempest [13] Fanatic [4].
Kismet - Charmed Scoundrel [45]
In Play: The Talisman [1], Shaky Arm [Haka], Two Left Feet (Fanatic), Lady Luck
Trash: Karmic Disjunction, Unlucky Break, Shaky Arm, Imminent Destruction, Fortune's Smile, Violent Trickster, Hapless Strike.
Effects: Increase damage dealt by Kismet by 2 for the two Jinxes in play. Reduce damage dealt by Haka by 1. Whenever Fanatic plays a card, she deals herself 1 melee damage. If a villain card would be destroyed, either it isn't or a Lucky card enters play to replace it. Increase any damage dealt by Kismet this round by 1.
Deck: 10 x ?, Imminent Destruction, Weak Heart, Scattered Mind x2
Hero HP: Fanatic 4, Haka 20, Tempest 17.
Ouch, what a violent trickster she is! Let me know if you see a problem with my combat math. Hopefully it's fixed now.
Discarding Embolden due to violent trickster
We probably should have flipped Kismet last round, but oh well. Definitely need to flip her now though or we will have a hard time recovering.
I think the bulldozer should have gone after the tendrils (both the taliman and tendrils count as targets) and haka should have hit fanatic, which would leave me at 4 HP (Haka’s damage reduction is actually helpful here).
Fanatic takes a breather, bracing for the next hit.
Fanatic

Trash: Brutal Censure, Consecrated Ground, Embolden
Additional Effects: take 1 damage each time when I play a card.
Right you are. Insert an "almost" in the text where it says Tempest gets hit; since the Tendrils aren't a brain-squid, or anything else tangible, in this reskinned environment, we can't show the bulldozer hitting them. If I felt ambitious I could say something about how Kismet's deranged glee at the destruction she's wreaking is diminished slightly when one of her victims escapes harm, but frankly I lack the energy to figure it out in more detail than that.
Draw a Card: ["Absolution", Prayer of Desperation] I deck Chastise and keep undaunted.
That's quite a nice trick, drawing two cards and then keeping a third and bottoming a fourth.
Heh, my copy-paste betrays me. I’ll go fix that.
Should tempest have 16 then?
I have him at 17; I completely goofed on Hapless Strike, it should have been Fanatic that got hit, not Tempest, even if the rest of my math had been right (which it wasn't due to the Tendrils thing). If it had been Tempest who was hit, he'd have taken no damage due to Otherworldly Resilience, since nothing is boosting Haka's damage and he's at -1 from the Glass Jaw; instead, though, Fanatic is even closer to death than I thought (Aegis aside). The goof was sort of serendipitous, though, because there'd be no possible explanation of how Haka could deal energy damage to Fanatic if not for the idea that he whacked Tempest's alien armor and caused it to shoot a laser at Fanatic (thank Envisioner for that idea, he's pretty good at this stuff). Hopefully I have it sorted out now.
It looks right now! I discard into the stratosphere.
Would you mind not hitting the tendrils this turn? That way the bulldozer doesn’t go after one of us.
I assume that by "destroy" you mean "discard".
Am I allowed to change it now?
Sure, go ahead. We still need a turn from Tempest before I'm up again.
A steady invigorating rain begins to fall, dousing the heroes.

Each Hero regains 2 hp.
XXVZ has not edited Haka's last turn to remove the attack on the "Tendrils" (which, I again remind everyone, aren't actually anything in the game flavorfully, they just represent Kismet being especially mean until enough people have bonked her on the head to make her dial it down a notch), but I'll assume that's just because he's busy and that Haka is indeed not bashing them, so the Bulldozer will neutralize them this turn (permanently, while being neutralized temporarily in the process) something other than Fanatic. I will assume he instead hit Kismet for 2 [43]; let me know if you'd rather have him hit the Filter Spy for not enough to kill it (or nothing at all) with the Taiaha's other end instead.
Which hero is taking the Talisman? I need to know before I can post the villain turn, in case Unlucky Break comes up.
EXT. - CENTERVILLE
As Tempest drenches the battlefield, the tattooed woman's hair dye begins to run into her eyes, and as she takes a moment to try and rub them clear, Haka strikes at her other wrist and forces her to drop the clay disk she was holding. At once, the uncoordinated dizziness that Helena is experiencing lessens, Haka feels a surge of confidence, and Tempest's neurally-interfaced meteorological instruments detect thousands of minute changes in the molecular activity of the stratosphere overhead which he didn't cause, but which seem to be having micro-effects which are subtly beneficial to his efforts. All three heroes understand instantly that the artifact is responsible for most if not all of the powers that the woman claimed were just due to her being a "Gypsy". (Haka, by virtue of having studied Earth cultures widely, recognizes that very few actual members of the Romani culture would use this perjorative term to describe themselves; the rogue's personality is clearly irreverent enough that she might be an exception, but just as likely she was lying about her origins, and she very definitely was about her powers being innate.) A moment later, though, the ground begins trembling[s], enough that the commando guy's second shot, having been very carefully aimed to strike Tempest for sure this time, still manages to get spoiled and stick another drastically-insufficient-dosage tranq dart into Haka[s]. The temblor causes the bulldozer's lever to shift again, but this time it "accidentally" rolls away from the heroes and clips the corner of a building, knocking down a shower of rubble in which the commando guy is promptly buried alive.

Tendrils deals 1 damage to highest-HP target at EOET and gives it +1 to damage until next SOET. Quake deals 2 damage to each target at EOET (assuming it didn't destroy itself).
I think that's sorted everything out. Lemme know whether Haka did indeed bonk Kismet, and who's taking the Talisman. Then we can proceed.
I think Haka is taking it
Haka did hit Kismet. Also, I agree with luminos he should probably take the talisman. Would you like me to sweep some of these environment cards away with flash flood?
I have the highest hp so I get the Talisman. I think Tempests Flash Flood could be useful.
