Youngest Legacy was originally RC, although you could get her in IR and ST depending on your pledge level. Unity and Ambuscade aren't promos, they're mini expansions, but were released during IR. New decks are considered mini expansions. Mad Bomber Blade and Cosmic Omnitron are also promos that were rewards during IR. You also forgot to mention Redeemer Fanatic and Horus of Two Horizons which were both rewards for IR. You actually really did well there dragon2439 in keeping all those questions straight. I didn't read the one about the promos.

Legacy is the obvious one, either he dies (which counts for Young Legacy) or she dies. We can also assume Tempest, since his entire planet was overrrun by Voss. The Wraith's boyfriend was beaten and sent to the hospital, but I don't know if that counts. The Visionary's mother dies. Expattriette's father is assumed dead, I think that was officially confirmed at some point. And Absolute Zero's girlfriend was killed by a drunk driver.
